If any part of this site stops you booking a repair, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.
This site targets WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is a standard rather than a certificate — we test against it and we will keep fixing what falls short.
What is built in
- Every page is navigable by keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring
- A "skip to content" link is the first thing a keyboard user reaches
- Landmarks, headings and lists are real HTML, not styled divs
- Color contrast meets AA for body text and interface text
- All motion respects the operating system reduced-motion setting
- Images that carry meaning have alternative text; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers
- Form fields have real labels, and errors are announced rather than only colored
- Text reflows to 320px and can be zoomed to 200% without loss of function
Known limitations
Photography on this site was taken for the previous website and some of it has generic alternative text. We are rewriting those descriptions as the images are replaced.
