An annual membership built on a simple observation: almost every emergency we attend was visible, and cheap to fix, some months earlier.
Preventative maintenance is the least interesting thing we sell and the one that saves members the most money. A water heater that is flushed annually lasts years longer in hard water. A boiler that is serviced in September does not fail in January. A shut-off valve that has been exercised actually closes when a supply line bursts.
Membership bundles that maintenance into one annual arrangement, adds a standing discount on any service call you need during the year, and puts you ahead of the queue in the weeks when everyone needs us at once.
We also warrant eligible fixtures we supply and install for as long as the membership is maintained — if one fails to perform as designed, we repair or replace it at no charge.

What does the membership actually cover?

Is there a warranty?
Eligible fixtures supplied and installed by M&R are covered for as long as the membership is maintained. If an eligible fixture fails to perform as designed we repair or replace it at no charge.
What counts as priority scheduling?
When the first hard freeze arrives and every heating company in the region is running emergencies, members are scheduled ahead of non-members. That is the week the membership earns itself back.
