Every promise we make, and every limit on it

If you are not 100% satisfied with the service we have provided, we will refund all of your money. If our technicians smoke or swear in your home, do not wear floor savers, are not drug tested, or leave your home without cleaning up, you do not pay for the service until we meet your satisfaction. If a repair fails in the first year, we will repair it again at no charge.

While our crews are in your home, your property is protected from damage. They will not swear or use tobacco products on your property, they will courteously answer any questions, they will use floor savers on all work and traffic areas, and they will leave your home as neat as they found it.

All equipment and materials used will be specified to meet or exceed code in your market. All required permits will be pulled and all required inspections completed.

Your whole-house repiping project will be completed on or before the date we promised. We guarantee our workmanship for 20 years — if your pipes fail at any time in that period we will repair the failure at no charge. All materials used are as specified and up to code in your area, and we guarantee to protect the condition of your home.

Where it does not apply: Excludes acts of God, riot or war.

We install a new line with the highest level of skill and attention to detail, and we guarantee that work for 20 years. If your new line fails to perform as stated, we return to your home and either repair or replace it at no charge.

We install a cured-in-place liner that will last you a lifetime, and we give a lifetime warranty on any liner we install.

Where it does not apply: Valid as long as no other company inserts drain cleaning equipment into a liner we installed — if drain problems arise, M&R must perform the work. Obstructions caused by foreign objects put down the drain are not covered.

Equipment and fixtures we provide and install will perform as we have stated. If anything we supplied fails during normal use in the first year, we will repair or replace it at no charge to you.

Any drain we clear will stay clear for at least 30 days, or we come back and clear it again at no cost. If the technician finds the line is in such bad shape that we cannot offer a warranty, that is noted on the invoice at the time, along with a long-term solution.

Where it does not apply: Does not apply where foreign objects are put into the drain after we clear it.

Any septic system components we install will function as designed for three years. If an issue arises with the product installed or with our workmanship inside that period, we repair the system free.

Where it does not apply: Changes to the design of the system — including an increase in water use or unpredictable changes to groundwater — are not warrantable.

Should your water heater tank develop a leak or an unrepairable condition during its guaranteed period, we remove it and give you a completely new water heater at no charge. If you have ever had a lemon before, you will appreciate what this is worth.

The water heater we provide and install will perform as stated. If it fails to deliver your family the hot water you were expecting within two years, we refund 100% of your investment.

The boiler we provide and install will perform as stated for two years. If it fails to heat your home as promised, we repair it free of charge.

Where it does not apply: If the failure is due to an existing component we did not provide and replace, repairs may incur additional cost.

We guarantee your Navien tankless water heater, boiler or combo unit for life, with a valid Diamond Club Membership.

Where it does not apply: Membership must be kept in place for this warranty to apply. Any lapse in membership voids the lifetime Navien guarantee.

We install Navien tankless water heaters and high-efficiency boilers because the manufacturer warranties are genuinely good. In a residential setting: NPE models with controlled recirculation carry 5 years parts and 15 years heat exchanger. NPE with uncontrolled recirculation carry 3 years parts and 5 years heat exchanger. NFC models carry 5 years parts and 10 years heat exchanger. NFB models carry 5 years parts and 12 years heat exchanger, prorated in years 13 to 15.

Your new water softener will operate as designed for two years. If it fails to perform in that period we repair or replace it at no cost. Manufacturer warranties apply on top: five years on the complete valve, on fibreglass mineral tanks 14 inches and larger, and on the salt storage container; ten years on fibreglass mineral tanks 13 inches and smaller.

Where it does not apply: The ten-year tank warranty excludes damage from freezing, high pressure (120psi and above), extreme temperature (100°F and above), or a vacuum on the system.

Your panel and main service replacement will be completed on or before the date we promised, and we guarantee our workmanship for three years. If the panel or service gives you any trouble in that period we repair it at no charge. All materials will be as specified and up to code in your area, and we leave your home as clean as it was when we arrived.

Compare our no-lemon guarantee with any other and the difference is the coverage. For ten full years after installation of your new electrical panel and service, you do not pay for any equipment-failure-related service call. Ten years of worry-free system performance.

Your time is valuable and your home needs its power back. We guarantee power is restored on or before the date we promised, or you receive a 20% discount off your entire job.
